竹林

竹は天に向かって高くまっすぐに育ちますが、強風に吹かれても折れずに受け流すしなやかさも備えています。竹のうちのいくつかが「人間の想像の産物」である竜の胴体になっているこの竹林は、自分自身の想像などを行う思考や感覚が凝り固まり疲れた時にそれをほぐす、または休息をとるための空間です。この狼はそこでの休息を終え、麓に戻っていくところです。

Bamboo grows tall and straight towards the sky, yet it also possesses the flexibility to withstand strong winds without breaking. In this bamboo grove, where some of the bamboo stalks have been transformed into the bodies of dragons—products of human imagination—it serves as a space to relax or rest when one's own thoughts and senses, which are constantly engaged in imagination, become rigid and weary. This wolf has finished resting there and is now heading back down to the foot of the mountain.
