The nutrients we take in build our bodies, but I also believe that the things we see, hear, experience, and take in are also elements that help make up who we are. I also think that as we repeat our "image of ourselves" - "what kind of person I am, and therefore I behave in this way" every day - we take in and digest these elements and build up who we are. What if we started to take in a different image? Perhaps we would become a different person.
