古来から咲き続ける想像の花

宝相華は牡丹や石楠花、蓮などを組み合わせてデザインされる架空の花で文様として使われており、日本では仏教の建築や法具に多く用いられています。

本作品では、そのような架空の花である宝相華が実際に存在したらどのような姿であるかを考えながら描いた作品です。

その想像（からの創造）が鮮やかに新たに生まれますようにと思い、茎の部分には蝶の蛹を一緒に描きました。

Flowers of imagination that have continued to bloom since ancient times

Hosoka is a fictional flower designed by combining peony, cypress flower, and lotus. In Japan, it is often used as a pattern on Buddhist architecture and ritual implements. If such an imaginary flower, "Hosoka," actually existed, what would it look like? Imagination and creativity. I also drew a butterfly pupa on the stem, hoping to renew imagination and creativity in the future.
