As the guardian of the sacred mountain

A is the beginning of the world. Un is the end of the world. "Mine_A" was created along with "Mine_Un" to protect "Seizan," a work centered on mountain worship. "Seizan" depicts a scene in which a person experiences a simulated death in the mountains. It is both a mystical experience and a delicate scene. In a solo exhibition in 2025, "Seizan" was placed between the two to protect the world that is completed by A and Un from the outside world.

"A" powerfully sends forth the energy for the new beginning into the world. In the background are depicted pine trees, bamboo (sasa), and a pair of hawks. Along with the wolf, plants and birds that symbolize Japan also watch over the world.

The full moon in the background symbolizes a stable cycle and leads to the new moon at "Mine_Un."

It is both a mystical experience and a delicate scene. In the 2025 solo exhibition, “Seizan” was sandwiched between the completed world of A and Un, protecting it from the outside world.

“A” powerfully emits the energy needed for the world to begin. The background features pine and bamboo (bamboo grass), along with a pair of eagles. Alongside wolves, plants and birds symbolic of Japan also watch over the world.

The full moon depicted in the background symbolizes stable cycles, leading into the new moon of “Mine_Un.”
