今ここにあること

竜とは、「人間の想像の産物」。そのように、実在しないはずなのに多くの人に認識され、共有されているものはたくさんあるように思います。社会通念や規則、あるいは個人的な観念など、見えないけれども私たちにその存在を認識させている状態は、“竜”のあり方に似ているのではないでしょうか。

それらは、人を守ることもあれば、障害や試練になることもある。そして私たち一人ひとりの内に棲む“竜”は、「正解」や「成功」や「理想の幸せ」を追い求めさせ、つねに心を揺さぶります。

しかし、本当に手にしているのは「今、この瞬間の自分」だけ。
未来はまだ存在せず、過去はすでに過ぎたもの。だとすれば、「今のこの状態であること」こそが完全（Perfect）なのではないでしょうか。

Being here, now, like this

Dragons are a product of human imagination. However, even though dragons do not exist, they are widely recognized and strongly believed in by many people. Social norms, rules, and personal beliefs―these invisible yet tangible entities, like dragons, make us aware of our existence.  

They protect people, but at the same time, they can also be obstacles and trials. The “dragons” that exist within each of us drive us to pursue “the right answers,” “success,” and “ideal happiness,” constantly stirring our hearts.  

However, what we truly possess is only “ourselves in this moment.” The future does not yet exist, and the past has already passed. 

Perhaps simply “being ourselves in this moment” already demonstrates our own perfection.
